The IFRC has been actively engaged with the Peruvian Red Cross, civil society, and the Peruvian public administration in developing a technical assistance project designed to address the issues brought about by disaster situations. Together with these key stakeholders, the IFRC seeks to highlight the need for concrete legal mechanisms to deal with such situations.
