How can I donate to certain disaster or country?

Donate to National Societies

You can make a contribution directly to your national Red Cross or Red Crescent society. After a major disaster, it may be possible to donate to that particular disaster through many of the National Societies. Please go to your National Society’s web site to find more information.

Donate to the IFRC

You can also make a donation directly to the IFRC by using a credit card. You may choose to donate to one of our major field operations, or to make a general "unearmarked" donation. These unearmarked donations are essential to enable us to help people in desperate need, but for whom it can be difficult to raise funds as their plight is no longer in the news.

It is also possible to make a bank transfer directly to the IFRC's bank account in either Swiss francs, euros or US dollars.

As part of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, our work is guided by seven fundamental principles; humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, voluntary service, unity and universality.
