David Nabarro, trained as a doctor and with extensive experience in the field, with WHO and DFID is the current Special Representative of the UN Secretary

General for Food Security and Nutrition. I his RedTalk on food security and nutrition on 19 May 2011 Mr Nabarro shares insights on the global food system pointing out its shortcomings and giving details about the key outcomes of international efforts to combat hunger. He explains that mindsets have to change in how we address agriculture in order to move towards a more constructive approach in addressing food security and nutrition.
