Baktiar Mambetov, from the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies was interviewed by BBC on latest China earthquake.

"Baktiar Mambetov of the International Federation of the Red Cross said the poor state of housing in the area would have made matters worse and there would be a need for urgent humanitarian help."
