  • Rapid Tenure Assessment Guidelines in English – IFRC, December 2015.
    Published in French and Spanish in June 2016.

    These Guidelines are designed to assist assessment of a country’s housing, land and property sector; to ensure a more equitable, informed and consequently sustainable shelter response. The information obtained through the assessment will better inform Post Disaster Assessments, Beneficiary Selection Criteria, Community Mapping, Improving Security of Tenure and considerations around Resettlement.
