Red Cross Red Crescent activities on World First Aid Day 2012

On 8 September 2012, National Societies celebrated World First Aid Day with the theme of "First aid for vulnerable people". Here is a sampling of some activities that took place worldwide.

British Red Cross
The British Red Cross produced 14 videos on an online learning resource called Everyday First Aid -- an easy way to learn basic first aid skills, featuring real people in real-life scenarios. View the videos.

Bulgaria Red Cross
The Bulgarian Red Cross (BRC) is to mark the World First Aid Day on Saturday. The event will take place at the South Park in the capital city Sofia at 11 a.m. The youth structure of the Sofia office of the Bulgarian Red Cross (BRC) will open five stations and demonstrate first aid techniques. There will be entertaining activities for children, too. Learn more.
