How to become a supplier

You can apply to become a registered supplier through this web portal. The process consists of four steps:

  • You can download and  completr the supplier registration form.
  • You will receive a confirmation of your registration at the e-mail address you provide on the form.
  • Your registration form will be directed to the appropriate team within the International Federation for approval depending on the nature of the goods or services that you offer.
  • If your registration has been approved, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the upgrade of your account. If your registration has not been approved, you will receive an e-mail listing the reasons for the rejection of your application.

Guidance notes

  • If you are unsure whether you are eligible to become a supplier, you should first read the requirements to become a supplier.
  • We advise you to avoid using a shared e-mail account where possible for this process.
  • If you do not receive confirmation of your registration, please check your spam filter or junk mail. Some e-mail providers block automated messages.
