Who we are

The International Federation is the world’s largest humanitarian organization with 189 member National Societies. We carry out relief operations to assist victims of disasters all over the world, and we contribute to strengthen the capacities of our member National Societies.

The International Federation is a world leader in supply chain management, winning the European Supply Chain Excellence Award (ESCA) in 2006. This annual competition recognizes and rewards organizations in Europe that demonstrate excellence in their supply chain activities.

The International Federation not only won the category award, but also received the prestigious title of overall winner of the competition.
