To become a supplier with the International Federation, there are a number of conditions that you must meet. We recommend that you read these conditions first before registering online.
We stipulate that our suppliers:
- adhere to the Fundamental Principles of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement
- maintain ethical business practices at all times
- are not involved in any form of corruption or any fraudulent activities
- do not engage in any collusive or coercive practices
Successful applications
All suppliers will be notified in writing of the success of their application. If your application is successful, your company will be added to the supplier database for the goods and services registered. A successful application is not a guarantee that you will receive contracts from the International Federation.
Unsuccessful applications
All suppliers will receive an e-mail notifying them of the success of their application. If you are unsuccessful, you will be given a brief description of the reasons for the rejection of your application.
Common reasons for rejection include:
- no relevance of the commodity or service offered
- failure to demonstrate financial stability
- inadequate supplier business experience or capacity
- failure to demonstrate technical competence or professional certification
- failure to provide adequate information when requested
