Our recruitment process: step by step

Applications to advertised vacancies

Step 1 After completion of your application, you will receive an email confirming it has been received.
Step 2 During the course of the selection process, you may be contacted with further specific questions, longer written exercises, telephone interview, or requested to attend an on-site interview.
Step 3 Before making a formal offer of employment, we will contact you to discuss the taking up of references.
Step 4 When we have an accepted offer, all unsuccessful applicants will be advised via e-mail.
Step 5 Due to the nature of certain assignments, some recruitment processes may be very quick. In non-emergency circumstances, the recruitment process will normally take less than three months.
Step 6 All applications must be received before the vacancy notice closing deadline.

Due to the high number of applications, we are unable to enter written or verbal communication with individual applicants except in the context of the recruitment process. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Speculative applications

  • After completion of your application, you will receive an e-mail confirming it has been received.
  • You should continue to regularly consult our list of vacancies and make specific application to posts that interest you.
  • From time to time, we will screen our general pool of applicants and may invite you to make a specific application for a post we believe suits your qualifications, experience, and interests.
