Our contracts

In dealing simultaneously with the issues of immediate disaster response and the development of long-term National Society capability, we engage people on ‘short project’ and ‘long-term’ contracts. Many of those that are the first to enter disaster zones, will only stay for a short period to respond to the initial needs of the crisis. Others join the Federation to build a long-term career.

Remuneration and benefits

The Federation offers a range of short and longer term contracts at competitive salary and benefits packages.
