Council of Delegates 2005

The Council of Delegates brings together the International Federation, Red Cross Red Crescent National Societies and the International Committee of the Red Cross. This meets every two years and adopts resolutions of Movement action and advocacy.

During the Council of Delegates, a daily bulletin is issued, summarizing the main events of each day but it is not an official record of the Council.
