Council of Delegates

The Council of Delegates brings together the International Federation, Red Cross Red Crescent National Societies and the International Committee of the Red Cross. This meets every two years and adopts resolutions of Movement action and advocacy.

The next session of the Council of Delegates takes place in Geneva, Switzerland from 23 to 24 November 2007.

During the Council of Delegates, a daily bulletin is issued, summarizing the main events of each day but it is not an official record of the council. This will be made available here during the council. Read daily bulletins from the last Council of Delegates which was held in Seoul, Republic of Korea in 2005.
