At least
13 million people are facing starvation in Southern Africa
in the coming months. On Monday 22 July, the International
Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies is launching
its largest appeal for three years to assist 750,000 people
affected by the unfolding food crisis in Southern Africa.
