The "Nadezhda" or "Hope" nickel factory,
Norilks - one of Russia's most isolated regions. A year-long
Red Cross Red Crescent programme aims to bring relief supplies
and development opportunities to 209,000 people in northern
Russia. In this harsh climate, aid workers will have to work
in extreme conditions.
