An aid
flight on 12 April 2005 is the start of a long-term cooperation
between the German Red Cross and the Seychelles Red Cross.
The German Red Cross is supporting the Seychelles Red Cross
after the tsunami of 26 December through disaster preparedness,
first aid projects and HIV prevention.
