Nhlanze stands in her unploughed maize field in Swaziland's
drought-stricken Lowveld region. "We should have started
ploughing by now. But the first rains have to come before
we start and there are no signs of rain. Even if the rain
does come, I don't know where we will get the money for seeds,"
she says. Her family's resources have all been spent, after
last year's harvest only yeilded three bags of maize.
