This report constructs a profile of the Federation members governance and programme activities. The analysis in the report uses the "Characteristics of a Well-Functioning National Society' as the benchmark and where possible compares the findings to the expected results outlined in Strategy 2010. The analysis in this report is limited to the 26 Societies who responded to the self assessment questionnaire. Questionnaires which were not received at the time of writing this report will be included in the next annual report.
