Making a difference: Recruiting voluntary, non-remunerated blood donors

This manual is a training pack for donor recruiters: it is presented in a style conducive to "Active Learning", suitable for self-study to be used when and where it is most appropriate. The package can also be used to help in discussions with government decision makers who decide national policy, urging them to support the requirement for blood services to be set up on the basis of voluntary, non-remunerated, altruistic blood donation.

The manual can be downloaded as a single pdf document (2.4 Mb, 142 pages) or as nine smaller seperate files.
