School Cooperation
Finnish Red Cross Youth

The Finnish Red Cross school cooperation activity aims at supporting the growth of children and young people into individuals who respect humanitarian values, have high self-esteem and care for other people.

The National Society also cooperates with schools in order to promote voluntary work and participation at young age. The goal is to increase awareness of the activities and principles of the Red Cross Red Crescent, make Red Cross expertise available to schools and thus develop the pupils’ civic skills and support the overall educational duties of the school.
