Dissemination of the Fundamental Principles and International Humanitarian Law
Lithuanian Red Cross

Since April 1998 the Lithuanian Red Cross, in collaboration with the ICRC, has been conducting the International Humanitarian Law. The aim of the program is to acquaint Lithuanian society with the Fundamental Principles, to promote the International Humanitarian Law, to spread the ideas of humanity, and to encourage humanitarian initiatives.

The Lithuanian Red Cross also have a refugee assistance programme, outlined in the Reducing Discrimination Initiative Pages.
