International Humanitarian Law and the Fundamental Principles

Red Cross
The promotion
of the Fundamental Principles and international humanitarian law
is a traditional activity of the Yugoslav Red Cross. The programme
focuses on several target groups including Red Cross members, health,
education and government professionals, members of the armed forces
and young people. The programme is carried out in six dissemination
centres across the country.
