Below is a list of ongoing IFRC Emergency Appeals. We launch Emergency Appeals for big and complex disasters and crises that affect lots of people who will need long-term support to recover. For small and medium-sized disasters, we support Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies through our Disaster Response Emergency Fund (DREF). We also support National Societies' day-to-day local humanitarian action, as set out in our IFRC network country plans.
