The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) is currently seeking to procure the goods and services listed below.
Current tenders
The IFRC would like to commission a company capable of producing high-quality educational, fictional and infographic animation videos about our Emergency Social Safety Net (ESSN) programme in Türkiye. The videos will be concise animations to address issues raised by the community, refugee stories, as well as questions that have been observed through community engagement activities.
Goal
Produce a fictional animation that help promote our work and the stories and voices of refugees and shows the impact of cash assistance.
Objectives
Highlight the importance of cash assistance and utilize the animation piece as a tool to train/raise awareness of humanitarian aid workers in and out of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.
Increase empathy for refugees among EU and Turkish citizens through first-hand stories voices from refugees.
Raise awareness among EU and Turkish audiences and the humanitarian sector about our impact as the IFRC and Turkish Red Crescent in Turkey, and about the importance of cash assistance.
Audiences
Turkish and European audiences/general public and humanitarian sector.
Humanitarian aid workers inside and outside of our Movement for training and awareness raising purposes.

The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) is wishing to receive proposals from universities, institutions, or consultancy firms to research the impact of community engagement and accountability interventions during the COVID-19 response and other public health emergencies from 2020 onwards.
The research aims to identify, understand and document how community engagement and accountability approaches have changed, impacted, and/or influenced Red Cross and Red Crescent programme response but also communities' preparedness and institutionalization of community-driven interventions.
The research will be run in a maximum of 5 countries across the globe, most probably in Africa, Europe, and/or Asia Pacific regions. The research will have an expected timeframe of 4 months, from September to December 2022 with possibility of extension.
