31st International Conference of Red Cross and Red Crescent

The draft preliminary agenda, a background document on the agenda elements and a administration/registration information note have been sent with the convocation to all conference members on 23  May by registered mail. 

The conference members can submit their observations regarding the draft agenda up to 60 days before the opening of the Conference (recommendation: by end of August 2011).

According to Rule 6 of the Rules of Procedure, the agenda for the Conference is subject to approval by the Council of Delegates , which meets prior to the Conference on November 26  2011.
