Movement policy on addressing mental health and psychosocial needs
The International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement policy on addressing mental health and psychosocial needs refers to work conducted in all contexts by the components of the Movement. It presents eight policy statements to frame and address the mental health and psychosocial needs of affected populations, including staff and volunteers.
At the Council of Delegates in 2017, the Movement adopted a resolution – Addressing Mental Health and Psychosocial Needs – which recognized the urgency to strengthen the Movement’s collective response to mental health and psychosocial needs, and requested the formulation of a “Movement Policy on Addressing Mental Health and Psychosocial Needs”.
Emergency Social Safety Net (ESSN) Monthly Report: September 2020
On 30 September, 220,984,440 TRY was transferred to 1,789,382 people receiving support through the Emergency Social Safety Net (ESSN). The cash transfer included the severe disability top-up of 6,258,600 TRY.

Road Map to Community Resilience
The Road Map to Community Resilience is for National Society staff and volunteers, IFRC staff and our partners who want to help communities become safer and stronger.
It provides step-by-step guidance on how to operationalize the IFRC's Framework for Community Resilience (FCR). It will help you coordinate programme teams in your National Society or branch and work alongside other stakeholders to enable communities to become more resilient in the face of threats.

It has been prepared by the IFRC with support from the Platform for European Red Cross Cooperation on Refugees, Asylum Seekers and Migrants (PERCO) Working Group. In addition, some International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) expert resources were referred to in this manual, in particular with regards to the Restoring Family Links chapter.
