This case study describes the humanitarian services provided by the Local Red Cross Branch in Palilula, Belgrade, established in 2024 to support migrants and displaced persons. Conveniently located near a major bus station and the Krnjača reception centre, the branch offers a safe and welcoming space where individuals can access food (including baby food), non-food items, medical items, information, restoring family links, anti-trafficking activities, and safe referrals. The branch also promotes integration through educational support and social activities for migrant children, fostering community connections.
