Welcome to the IFRC’s Annual Report for 2025. This report details how the IFRC secretariat supported the principled local humanitarian action of 191 National Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies in 2025, delivering high-impact locally led support at the community level, where it is needed the most.  The report takes an in-depth look at how the IFRC network not only responded to disasters and crises in 2025, but also how resilience was built and enhanced in the face of escalating global challenges.  The 2025 Annual Report includes a pull-out section dedicated to the importance of the Regular Resources - unearmarked donations – that enable the IFRC to provide vital support to National Societies at country, regional and global levels.
