This document provides guidance to Country Coordination Teams (CCTs) to implement
Membership Coordination in Emergencies (MCiE), both at the onset of an emergency and for
the duration of a Federation-wide Emergency Appeal (EA). It focuses on establishing a coordinated
approach to international cooperation at country level in emergencies, based on the priorities
identified by the National Society and in line with the IFRC network "Way of Working" approach.
