IFRC Strategy Framework on Gender and Diversity Issues 2013-2020

Gender inequality is a global challenge that negatively impacts human development and economic growth. It contributes to discrimination and exclusion from access to resources, public services, education, healthcare services and employment, and to gender-based violence.

This strategy provides specific, strategic direction to the IFRC and our members to ensure that our actions are non-discriminatory towards people of all ages and to promote gender equality and respect for diversity throughout all of our work.
