The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) is looking for reputable companies that can provide the service of Learning Consolidation Consultancy. The interested service providers are invited to submit their bids in English language to participate in the tender.
Purpose of the Learning Documentation:
This learning product aims to document and share experience gained from implementing the ESSN programme to contribute to the CVA programming discourse. The learning generated will feed into other current/future cash programmes implemented by various actors - the ESSN being the largest humanitarian cash assistance in the world, the learning documentation will provide valuable insights on the implementation of large-scale humanitarian cash assistance programmes in similar contexts.
Overall Objectives:
1. Review the design and implementation of the ESSN programme in terms of;
2. Showcase the different aspects of the ESSN programme and how they worked together to enable the implementation of the programme. This will include the following key themes
3. Consolidate best practices and lessons learned in the design and implementation of emergency social protection CVA programmes (including rooted factors that led to successes (and failures if any)
4. Provide practical recommendations for IFRC and partners on future programmes.
