The International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement is committed to addressing the needs and vulnerabilities of migrants. We do all we can to support vulnerable migrants and offer them humanitarian assistance, regardless of their legal status.

This framework offers guidance to Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies on whether and how to get involved in providing health programmes for migrants in their country. It also provides direction for the development of country-specific plans of action on migrants' health.
