The IFRC’s Annual Report 2025 sets out our network’s achievements, progress in our Strategic Priorities and Enabling Functions, and how the IFRC secretariat used the resources provided by generous donors and partners to support life-saving and life-changing local action in 191 countries. Carried out by member National Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and their 18.3 million volunteers, this work has made a significant impact at the community level before, during and after disasters and crisis.
